Drinking water security for the Murrurundi Primary School
Australia
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Struggling with a low water supply, Murrurundi needed a solution that would provide community members with drinking water security. Water restrictions in the area left residents no choice but to cart in water from around 50 kilometers away – a costly, timely, and unsustainable short term drinking water solution.
By installing 10 SOURCE Hydropanels the students, parents, and community members now have continuous access to high-quality drinking water. The community’s spirit is lifted knowing that their access to safe, high-quality drinking water is secure, even in times of drought.
