Providing clean, renewable water to the impoverished families in Martin County

Australia

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Faced with an outdated and compromised water infrastructure system that is believed to contain dangerous levels of contamination, residents of Martin County are forced to live without reliable access to the most basic human need: clean drinking water. With sporadic delivery of foul-smelling, discolored water, families rely on making regular drives to local streams and small creeks to fill up jugs, or buy expensive plastic bottled water if incomes allow.

RAMP’s 10-Hydropanel SOURCE array produces up to 3,000 bottles of water each month, providing high-quality drinking water to families who come to the food pantry. This demonstrates that there are new, innovative solutions to the infrastructure problems facing communities like Martin County across America.
